I have done a complete basement remodel utilizing products from this Lowe's. For the most part, quality has all been really good (minus about 7 warped boards out of 300). They do truck delivery out to Covington (and maybe further) for $59. Carpet install was smooth and affordable. Employees helpful but not overbearing.

Ordered a door lock to be delivered same day and paid almost as much as the lock to get it, today they said we are waiting for driver , I DID NOT GET EVEN CLOSE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I asked all she said is I have no control of the problem I WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

Wow I’ve got to say I received the best customer Care I have received in a long time and this was at the Lowe’s in Lewisburg,West Virginia! I called looking for information on a video cam to get up just before Halloween. Lol I have a tendency to catch the eggs and live right along the road! So I was out through to lightning and electrical and spoke with Anthony Mosley. He went over a few he had over the phone with me and gave me a brief description. I knew he would take excellent care of me so I headed on in. Wow did he ever! Anthony has outstanding customer service and I’ve been in Retail all my. Life so I would know it when I experience it. His manners are just incredible and something you just don’t come across anymore. So he got us all set up with the cam and we mentioned a sign and the need for correct screws to mount it and he personally walked us in to each department and assisted us in finding everything we would need. We are a mother and daughter and a little lost on mounting anything lol but he explained the tapping of the screws and made certain we would have the ones that would go in easily with a simple screwdriver an d he saw no need for us to add the purchase of a electric screwdriver because we had already hit up over 200 when we wanted to keep it below a hundred but that was. Our choice and he never attempted to over sale us but wanted to help in keeping the total amount down since we had already gone over! You just don’t see that anymore. He spent over a hour with us and after we finished up he walked with us up to the checkout. I then ask if he could locate a manager for me because I wanted to let the manager know what a jewel he had In Anthony! Thank you Lowe’s and most of all thank you Anthony Mosley, Lowe’s of Lewisburg West Virginia! May God bless you!!🥰🥰🥰

I’m just wondering did Tracy buy the stove or did you order it ? Also if you ordered from store then you knew it wasn’t in stock if they had to order it when something is in stock you can buy it then if not then you order it and wait til it comes they always tell you 7 to 10 days ,,,,,,, seems Suss to me , that’s all there are always 2 sides also side note if it came from Virginia the. That store would be responsible not lewisburg location and you should have had it shipped to store not ur house

We just left lowes in lewisburg wv. We spent 45 minutes loading the Lumber on to the cart. The price tag showed $10.97. It rag up for $16.97. The Manger (Tracy) told us she would not help with the price because she went by store policy lol...we had to pay the price that the Lumber rag up for. She said the $10.97 price was a clearance price that had not been updated yet!!!! Well then I told her she needed to take the price tag off of that Lumber stack. Tracy told me no...because the price tag was bolted on 😂. Fauls advertising is what happened. The manager Tracy was very rude. So We got our Lumber from 84 Lumber. Lowes lost our busines!!

Ordered an in stock stove and dishwasher. Paid for install and the removal of old appliances. Which is not cheap. After 8 days still nothing. Then I am told it is being delivered the next day. Then come to find out the stove isn’t in stock. And won’t be in until 4 days after. Just frustrating and the rude manager did not help the situation. Update! My order was cancelled for the stove. I paid cash. Then they had to reorder my stove. Finally came today!!!! Yay right !? NO. The wrong core was sent. Can’t hook up the stove. Waited on the phone with the Lewisburg store for 30 minutes. Was told I have to call the Virginia store. I said I ordered it at the store through you guys. Was told if I want my stove cord to call the store they can’t help me. Called the Virginia store. Told to go to the store to pick up a cord if I want it to work. I said absolutely not. I paid for the install. So here I am with a stove in the middle of my kitchen that I still can’t use. 3 weeks later and still not resolved. I am beyond frustrated. I know I am just a number and they are a multi billion dollar company but it is so sad that people are treated this way.

Bad experience! Went into the store to look for a 6 gallon galvanized bucket with a lid. The store inventory showed there were over 30 buckets in stock. There was only one left on the shelf but was incomplete as it was missing a lid. A gentleman in the garden center attempted to find a complete one but was unable to locate. I told the garden center employee I would be willing to purchase the bucket without a lid but I wasn't going to pay full price ($20) considering it was missing the lid. The gentleman directed me to the customer service desk to see if they could assist me with the purchase and possibly discount my purchase. I explained the situation to the customer service clerk at which point she consulted the manager. The clerk returned and notified me the manager declined a discount on the incomplete item because there wasn't anything wrong with the bucket and they had more 6 gallon galvanized bucket with a lids in their inventory. I notified the customer service clerk I would be willing to pay full price for the item if they could locate a complete set. The customer service clerk contacted the garden center and they told her they did not know where those buckets were in the store. The customer service rep hung the phone up and looked at me and said "there's nothing we can do for you." I do not feel like I was treated fairly as a paying customer and my needs were not even close to being met! I can't understand why there wasn't any resolution or even an attempt at making my shopping experience one that would make me a returning customer. I wasn't sold the only bucket I was able to locate for a discounted price considering it wasn't a complete set and no one made am attempt, including the manager, to locate the 30+ complete sets of buckets they showed in inventory. I left the store very disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. What an absolute waste of my time!

If you need to know the price of the lumber your buying. Do not look here. They have very few prices on there lumber. Not sure whos running this but that's a bad idea to make you guess !!!
